Mysl\u00edm t\u00edm, \u017ee se nezab\u00fdv\u00e1te jen t\u011bly lid\u00ed; zab\u00fdv\u00e1te se jejich nejhlub\u0161\u00edmi strachy, jejich \u00fazkostmi a n\u011bkdy i jejich nejtemn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi tajemstv\u00edmi. Ale jakkoli je vztah mezi l\u00e9ka\u0159em a pacientem posv\u00e1tn\u00fd, nen\u00ed imunn\u00ed v\u016f\u010di k\u0159ehkostem lidsk\u00e9 p\u0159irozenosti. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tam se v\u011bci mohou opravdu zkomplikovat.<br \/>\nP\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed hranice: Kdy\u017e profesionalita zmiz\u00ed z okna<br \/>\nP\u0159iznejme si to, lidi, vztah mezi l\u00e9ka\u0159em a pacientem je postaven na d\u016fv\u011b\u0159e. V\u011b\u0159\u00edte, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 l\u00e9ka\u0159 v\u00ed, co d\u011bl\u00e1, \u017ee bude profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed a \u017ee to v\u0161echno udr\u017e\u00ed v po\u0159\u00e1dku... no, v\u00edte... Ale co se stane, kdy\u017e je tato d\u016fv\u011bra poru\u0161ena? Kdy\u017e jsou p\u0159ekro\u010deny hranice, kter\u00e9 by m\u011bly b\u00fdt posv\u00e1tn\u00e9? Mluv\u00edme zde o ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch hranic a to je kluzk\u00fd svah.<\/p>\n<p>Vezm\u011bte si nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159\u00edpad l\u00e9ka\u0159e, kter\u00fd se za\u010dne ke sv\u00e9mu pacientovi chovat a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161... Mo\u017en\u00e1 za\u010dne sd\u00edlet osobn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy, nebo se mo\u017en\u00e1 stane a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdm na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch... Zn\u00ed to ne\u0161kodn\u011b, \u017ee? \u0160patn\u011b. Je to klasick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed hranic a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k v\u00e1\u017en\u011b neprofesion\u00e1ln\u00edmu chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160ed\u00e1 z\u00f3na: Kde se hranice mezi l\u00e9ka\u0159em a pacientem st\u00edraj\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Nejsem tu od toho, abych soudil. Mysl\u00edm t\u00edm, \u017ee i dokto\u0159i jsou lidsk\u00e9 bytosti (\u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed, j\u00e1 v\u00edm). Maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed probl\u00e9my, svou vlastn\u00ed emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. A n\u011bkdy se hranice mezi l\u00e9ka\u0159em a pacientem mohou rozmazat. Ale pr\u00e1v\u011b tam p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu profesn\u00ed etika. V\u00edte, existuje l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd kodex chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159e v\u00e9st v jejich interakc\u00edch s pacienty. Je to jako soubor pravidel pro to, jak b\u00fdt slu\u0161n\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem v b\u00edl\u00e9m pl\u00e1\u0161ti.<\/p>\n<p>Ale bu\u010fme realisti\u010dt\u00ed, nen\u00ed to v\u017edycky tak jednoduch\u00e9. Existuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy se vztah mezi l\u00e9ka\u0159em a pacientem zkomplikuje. Mo\u017en\u00e1 je pacient obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b zraniteln\u00fd, nebo mo\u017en\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159 proch\u00e1z\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm obdob\u00edm. A\u0165 u\u017e je d\u016fvod jak\u00fdkoli, je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed dodr\u017eovat tyto profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed hranice. Koneckonc\u016f, v s\u00e1zce je d\u016fv\u011bra pacienta.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co se tedy stane, kdy\u017e se l\u00e9ka\u0159 za\u010dne chovat neprofesion\u00e1ln\u011b?<\/li>\n<li>Je to st\u00e1le pochyben\u00ed ve zdravotnictv\u00ed, pokud se jedn\u00e1 pouze o jednor\u00e1zovou v\u011bc?<\/li>\n<li>M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt l\u00e9ka\u0159 odpov\u011bdn\u00fd za l\u00e9ka\u0159skou nedbalost, pokud p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed tyto hranice?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To jsou ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 v noci d\u011blaj\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 komise sp\u00e1nek. A v\u011b\u0159te mi, nen\u00ed na n\u011b snadn\u00e9 odpov\u011bd\u011bt.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u016fsledky rozmazan\u00fdch \u010dar<\/h3>\n<p>Kdy\u017e l\u00e9ka\u0159i tyto hranice p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee to m\u00edt v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky. Zaprv\u00e9 to m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161it interakci mezi l\u00e9ka\u0159em a pacientem. Pacienti se za\u010dnou c\u00edtit nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b, nebo, co je hor\u0161\u00ed, ztrat\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bru ve sv\u00e9ho poskytovatele zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de. A to nen\u00ed v\u0161e; m\u016f\u017ee to tak\u00e9 v\u00e9st k pochyben\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159e, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 dopady na kari\u00e9ru l\u00e9ka\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>Ale tady je v\u011bc: nejde jen o l\u00e9ka\u0159e nebo pacienta. Jde o cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de. Kdy\u017e jsou ohro\u017eeny standardy zdravotnick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f, m\u016f\u017ee to m\u00edt dominov\u00fd efekt. M\u016f\u017ee to naru\u0161it d\u016fv\u011bru pacient\u016f nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d cel\u00fdm spektrem a zt\u00ed\u017eit poskytovatel\u016fm zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de v\u00fdkon jejich pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>Podle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru je dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto hranic kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9. Nejde jen o dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pravidel; jde o to b\u00fdt profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed, uctiv\u00fd a lidsk\u00fd. Tak\u017ee a\u017e p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b nav\u0161t\u00edv\u00edte sv\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e, pamatujte: b\u00edl\u00fd pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 je v\u00edc ne\u017e jen kus oble\u010den\u00ed; je to symbol d\u016fv\u011bry, profesionality a posv\u00e1tn\u00e9ho pouta mezi l\u00e9ka\u0159em a pacientem.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u010dteno a podtr\u017eeno<\/p>\n<p>Nakonec jde o l\u00e9ka\u0159skou profesionalitu. Jde o to b\u00fdt si v\u011bdom dynamiky vztahu mezi l\u00e9ka\u0159em a pacientem a s opatrnost\u00ed se v n\u00ed orientovat. Pokra\u010dujeme tedy v konverzaci.
